Job Description

A typical day would involve:


  • Supporting the planning and delivery of Vancity’s 80th anniversary events, including community celebrations, member moments, and internal milestones

  • Coordinating event logistics such as schedules, run-of-show documents, vendor and partner touchpoints, onsite setup and interactions with public/members on the ground

  • Attending events to provide hands on support, assist attendees, and ensure a positive member and community experience

  • Capturing content at events (photos, short videos, social moments) to support storytelling and social media engagement

  • Collaborating closely with the teams in marketing, brand, events, and community to execute initiatives on time and on brand

  • Assisting with post event wrap-ups, including feedback gathering, asset organization, and learnings documentation
