Position summary

The Director is a visionary leader responsible for developing and implementing a strategic Enrollment Management plan for the University. He/she leads strategic planning for student recruitment, admissions, and retention, driving efforts to meet enrollment goals, with a special focus on supporting the mission of the Adventist Church.

TheDirector reports to and works closely with the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment, Marketing, and Communication, partnering with him to establish an ambitious enrollment management vision. The Director’s direct reports are the Directors of Graduate Enrollment and Undergraduate Enrollment.
