We are currently looking to recruit a Marketing & Engagement Manager - Dublin (Permanent Full Time; 37.5 hours per week) to join our National Membership team in SVP House - Dublin 1. The primary purpose of this role is to increase the number of volunteers joining SVP Conferences across the island of Ireland, supporting membership growth, succession planning, and the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

 Reporting to the National Member Support Manager, the role is responsible for developing and delivering a strategic, evidence-based marketing and recruitment approach to raise awareness of volunteering opportunities and drive a consistent pipeline of applicants.
