As the Marketing Director for the Residential & Wiring Devices Division (RWDD), you will serve as a key strategic leader responsible for developing and executing growth, profitability, and commercial strategies for a business generating approximately $1.4B in annual revenue with 8 major sites and ~5,800 employees across the US/PR, Mexico, Dominican Republic, and China. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President/General Manager, RWDD, and functionally to the Vice President of Marketing, Electrical Sector Americas, you will shape the division’s multi year vision and lead RWDD into its next era of innovation, commercial excellence, and market leadership.
