The Director owns developing and executing growth strategies anchored in deep understanding of 3Cs (Consumer/Customer, Competitors, Company) and 4 Ps (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) inclusive of a 1–3-year innovation pipeline. They will effectively partner with experts in our Revenue Growth Management and our Brand team to lead the growth agenda for their category.

Lead the Maple Leaf growth agenda of Fresh Poultry on our mission to deliver profitable growth and share expansion

Provide general management accountability, with direct ownership of the categories P&Ls
