The Role

The Marketing & Design Coordinator is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of LEA’s marketing and design work. The role involves producing the visual collateral that powers proposals, training programs, and partner channels; managing digital marketing platforms; and serving as the operational touchpoint with cohort partners and the paid media agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and creative production (~50%)
  • Design proposals, training presentations, RFP and RFQ responses, brochures, and one‑pagers using Canva and PowerPoint
  • Produce social media graphics, email visuals, and digital ad creative
  • Build and maintain co‑branded materials for cohort partners
  • Maintain LEA’s brand asset library and ensure consistency across all materials
