• Coordinate and confirm with clients to plan and confirm events
• Carry out administrative duties & tasks assigned by Director
• Attend BNI meeting as a proxy for the company when required
• Coordinate with veterinarians/ISO consultants for event participation
• Work with marketing team to ensure attendance of pet owners for events
• Assist event speakers in introducing products, conducting demos, guiding and gathering pet owners during events
• Gather list of interested pet owners who would like to try the product
• Follow up on trial of product after trial period and coordinate with logistics and billing team on outcome of trial
