The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Department Head and work closely with crossfunctional teams within the department, including Marketing, Partnerships, Creative, Merchandise and Sustainability. This role provides both administrative and operational support across marketing initiatives, events and business projects.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Administrative & Departmental Support

• Provide daytoday administrative support to teams under the Department Head.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meeting schedules with internal departments, external vendors and agencies.
• Support additional business projects undertaken by the teams as required.

2. Marketing & Fan Engagement Support

• Support the development and execution of fan engagement initiatives.
• Assist with marketing media buys and sustainabilityrelated activities.
