Responsibilities

• Following up renewal of MOH approvals for ads.
• Monitoring the telephone lines and quality of customer service and responsiveness at CosmeSurge.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing standards, monitoring calls, surveying customers, evaluating outcomes.
• Coordinating with doctors in case there is radio / TV interview.
• Making archive of all articles for future perusal/review.
• Following up & collecting new doctor’s photos, biographies & marketing materials.
• Coordinating & collecting editorials from CS doctors to place them in different magazines.
