Admin & Operations

• Accurately and promptly process purchase orders, expense reports and vendor invoices.
• Handle office-supply needs and departmental filings to support basic Marketing operations.
• Coordinate client or guest requests for hotel photoshoots and video shoots.
• Prepare complimentary request forms, entertainment forms and departmental vouchers as needed.
• Assist with media stays and influencer reviews, including organizing hotel or site tours.
• Manage inventory for Marketing and Sales promotional giveaways.

F&B Channel Updates

• Coordinate updates and promotions on F&B partner channels such as ServMe platform to maximize exposure and drive bookings.

Social Media Support

• Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager/DOM to plan and execute organic & paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms targeting markets for both rooms and F&B.
