  • Support marketing automation efforts, including acting as the Adobe Campaign administrator and primary user of the tool
  • Builds and optimizes our digital marketing programs, with a focus on creating sophisticated nurture programs for leads and customers in various segments and stages of the funnel
  • Oversees multichannel marketing programs (email, SMS, direct mail), including working collaboratively on creative development, list management and segmentation strategies, cadence, testing, journey mapping, execution, tracking and optimization.
  • Works closely with the stakeholders to support the Adobe Campaign infrastructure and architecture.
  • Stays up to date on email and demand-gen best practices to develop clear recommendations on how to improve response rates and overall engagement
