Mandate

Reporting to the Director, School of Health Information Science, the Marketing and Recruitment Specialist plans, develops, and delivers integrated marketing, recruitment, and event initiatives that support the visibility, reputation, and enrolment of HINF undergraduate and graduate programs.

This role has a strong focus on student recruitment and event‑based engagement, leading the planning, promotion, and delivery of outreach activities such as information sessions, open houses, education fairs, and community events that connect prospective students with HINF programs. The position integrates marketing strategy, content development, and event execution to support enrolment growth and program awareness.

The role works closely with Faculty of Health communications and marketing staff and central university partners to ensure coordinated, aligned, and data‑informed marketing and recruitment efforts.
