**About the Role**

The Marketing & Communications Manager plays a central role in shaping and executing the hotel’s overall marketing and communications strategy. This position is responsible for leading the annual marketing and PR plan, ensuring alignment with Waldorf Astoria brand standards while driving visibility, guest engagement, and commercial performance.

Working closely with the commercial leadership team, the role supports all revenue-generating areas of the hotel — including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Events & Weddings, and destination experiences — through impactful campaigns, strong storytelling, and strategic partnerships.
