Job Description

OVERVIEW

JOB PURPOSE:

The Marketing Analyst, CPD, is responsible for the gathering of data, preparation of detailed reports and analysis of CPD programs, sales and customer behaviour.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • A university degree, with computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, database applications, e-mail and the Intranet / Internet
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience or equivalent, including response analysis, and database segmentation. 
  • Knowledge of best practices in marketing, and targeted dissemination of specialized products, preferably legal education products
  • Good grasp of delivering solid customer service in a confidential environment
  • Speaks and writes in a clear, articulate, persuasive manner for individual and / or group situations
  • Reasons through moderately complex spoken and written information
