The Market Manager, Retail- Broker East is responsible for elevating executional performance across the Eastern United States by leading and developing our Retail Agency partners—key broker organizations that execute in‑store activities on behalf of Danone. This role ensures agencies consistently deliver against our standards through regular in‑market work‑withs, clear KPI tracking, strong coaching, and disciplined scorecard reviews.

As the primary steward of field execution quality, the Market Manager ensures broker teams drive distribution, merchandising excellence, display activation, and overall retail readiness that enhances product availability, visibility, and conversion across the region.
