About the role: The Market Access Manager supports the development and execution of market access strategies across the Gulf region, contributing to sustainable reimbursement and patient access for GSK’s Specialty portfolio in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. Working in close collaboration with market access leadership, country teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders, this role contributes to payer engagement, evidence generation, and launch readiness activities to support timely access and value recognition. The role is an important part of enabling successful product launches and strengthening access execution across Gulf healthcare systems.
