Responsibilities
Manage and execute chartering activities for dry bulk vessels in support of trading and operational requirements Source suitable vessels and negotiate charter party terms with shipowners, brokers, and operators Monitor freight market trends, vessel availability, and cargo movements to support commercial decisions Coordinate closely with trading, operations, and post-fixture teams to ensure smooth voyage execution Handle voyage calculations, freight evaluations, and market comparisons Monitor vessel performance, schedules, and operational requirements throughout the voyage Maintain strong relationships with shipowners, brokers, and industry stakeholders Support contract management and ensure compliance with charter party terms and company policies Assist in resolving operational or commercial issues related to chartered vessels Requirements
