Job Summary

The Marine Travel Supervisor oversees daily travel operations and ensures efficient coordination of crew and corporate travel requirements. This role involves supervising the travel team, managing complex travel arrangements, and supporting clients with timely and accurate travel services.



Duties and Responsibilities

Provide high-quality travel services to marine and corporate clients, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements.

Manage end-to-end travel processes, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, and ground transportation.

Supervise daily operations of the travel team to ensure accurate and timely execution of crew travel arrangements.

Serve as the escalation point for complex bookings, client concerns, and operational issues.

Provide 24/7 support on a rostered basis for urgent or last-minute travel changes.
