Our client, based in Cork, are recruiting for a Marine Superintendent. As a Marine Superintendent you will be responsible for the safety, quality, and environmental performance of assigned vessels, ensuring full compliance with international regulations, company standards, and Safety Management Systems.
THE SUCCESFUL APPLICANT
* Previous experience working as an HSEQ or Marine Superintendent (desirable).
* Seagoing background as a Chief Officer or Master (Holding Class 1 or Class 2 licence).
* Experience with vessel inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
* Demonstrated expertise in managing safety systems, conducting risk assessments. and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ability to travel for vessel visits.
* Full and unrestricted right to live and work in Republic of Ireland.
