Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day tanker operations to keep voyages running smoothly, safely, and on schedule while meeting terminal and charterer expectations.
• Drive compliance with international/local maritime rules and customer/terminal operating standards, ensuring consistent adherence across the fleet.
• Plan, coordinate, and close out marine management, navigation, and third-party audits/inspections, including ISM , ISPS , and MLC engagements with Recognised Organisations (RO).
• Lead vetting readiness and execution, including submissions and follow-ups on the OCIMF SIRE online platform .
• Elevate sea staff capability by continuously assessing competency against the Safety Management System and arranging targeted coaching and development.
