Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate and schedule dispatch/delivery of navigation systems, digital logbooks, and related marine products
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and basic documentation
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to vessels / clients
- Maintain proper records of sales orders, inventory, and customer database
- Provide administrative support for project coordination and service requests
- Assist in basic troubleshooting coordination (e.g., redirecting tech issues to engineers)
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management
