We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results‑driven Marketing & Communications Manager to join the DSP team. This role combines marketing and communications disciplines to drive awareness of the DSP program in the Middle East and Africa regions, generate and convert leads into candidate applications, and build best‑in‑class communications and content that result in high levels of trust and engagement with new and existing Delivery Service Partners.

You will manage difficult marketing and communications initiatives, defining execution elements such as targeting, channel mix, creative and messaging, and A/B testing — while learning to think strategically and surfacing insights that may influence broader team strategy. You will deliver independently, seek direction when needed, and influence across teams to drive results.
