**A Snapshot of Your Day**

In this role, you will be finishing, measuring dewax and
accelerated aging operations for green molded cores according to daily
production requirements. Will process cores and associated routers through the
green finishing operations and monitors all equipment systems in the Gibsonton
Florida Location.

+ Trained andsigned off on Demonstrated Skills Checklist for Mercury, for greenfinishing operations.
+ Checking thestatus for each accelerated oven to understand the daily schedule for thenumber of cores to be finished and processed for their shift, checking thedaily demolding schedule to understand the finishing and dewax schedulefor their assigned shift.
+ Using rotatinghand tools, files, band saws and additional hand tools for processing.
