**What You Will Do:**

As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will oversee daily production operations while guiding a team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. This role combines hands-on manufacturing leadership with process improvement, ensuring efficient production while maintaining compliance in a regulated environment.

+ Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules, staffing levels, and output targets are achieved
+ Delegate work, provide onsite leadership, and ensure accountability across production team members
+ Monitor performance metrics and escalate risks or resource constraints to manufacturing leadership
+ Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
