**Description:**
You will be the Final Assembly and Checkout Manufacturing Support Team Member Sr - (Prod Ops Specialist) - Level 3 for the F‑16 Block 70 Manufacturing Support team which is responsible for supporting production processes in a team‑based manufacturing environment.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the (FACO) Manufacturing Support Team Member Sr - (Prod Ops Specialist) - Level 3 you will be responsible for providing on‑the‑job training, quality oversight, and continuous‑improvement support for F‑16 Block 70 assembly operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Deliver on‑the‑job training, assessment, and certification for airframe, power‑plant, and electrical/avionics assembly technicians.
+ Monitor the assembly line daily to identify and correct deficient processes, procedures, or skill gaps.
+ Support corrective‑action investigations, root‑cause analyses, and implement process‑improvement and 6S/lean initiatives.
