You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality products while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a union represented work force as well working cross-functionally with support staff to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Tooling and Test Sets team. Our team is responsible for delivering high quality, on time production of aerospace components across multiple programs.

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a union represented crew of 10-20 workers on first shift, ensuring quality, schedule, and cost goals are met.
