Responsibilities

1. Manage Product Team consisting of Planners, Process Engineers, VMC programmers, and Production Supervisors in pursuit of stated objectives and goals, in coordination with Functional Managers.
2. Provide work leadership and mentor product team members while directing routine team assignments and activities.
3. Develop, control, plan & assist in budget and CAPEX preparation and implement cost-effective measures to support attainment of operating expenditures.
4. Drive factory growth and support proper NPI transfers from the NPI team into normal production.
5. Establish and maintain KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for presentation in management meetings.
6. Develop and sustain productivity improvements using data analysis and related manufacturing tools.
