We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive process excellence and support new product introduction within our Assembly operations in Singapore. This role focuses on improving quality, yield, and productivity while ensuring smooth production and successful manufacturing releases.

You will be part of the DataCom and Specialty Solutions Division, working closely with cross‑functional teams including Product Design, QA, Automation, and suppliers to support manufacturing performance and innovation.

• Directly accountable for all quality, process‑related problems at the assembly area for the products under his responsibility, champion or work with respective department representative to address the issue within given target deadline.
