About The Role

The Manufacturing Engineer (Wafer Test – Supervisory Role) is responsible for managing daily wafer test manufacturing operations, supervising operators on rotating shifts, and ensuring stable, safe, and high-quality production performance. This role focuses on manufacturing execution, manpower management, yield sustaining, continuous improvement, and compliance with quality and safety standards in a 24/7 wafer test environment.
