The hub Asia Advance Manufacturing Engineering candidate helps to work with Global Industrial Engineering on manufacturing strategies, manufacturing footprint optimization, research and optimise manufacturing requirements, design and develop systems and establish guidelines and strategies for continuous manufacturing efficiencies and productivity improvement.

The candidate will support plants in overseeing staffs' operations, monitor their progress and skills assessments to identify skills and competency development. The candidate will coordinate NPI projects, engage with PD, PMM, PQS and plant team to achieve project timeline, achieved capital & operational expenditure expectations.
