**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager (Level 4) for the PrSM INC-1 Missile Production Manufacturing Engineering team. Our team is responsible for supporting all aspects of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) development, production, and rate acceleration efforts.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager (Level 4) you will be responsible for leading a team of Individual Contributors to deliver missile manufacturing solutions.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead and mentor Level 1‑5 Individual Contributor employees.
+ Coordinate with Program Managers, IPT Leads, Chief Engineers, suppliers, and customers to align on program objectives.
+ Identify and communicate risks, driving corrective actions to meet schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets.
+ Oversee manufacturing processes and support rate acceleration initiatives for the PrSM program.
