This role serves as the direct link between product design and efficient, cost-effective realization, leading plant-focused teams to ensure facilities can produce new products.

Responsibilities

• Production Process Optimization: Manage the entire operational lifecycle, ensuring processes are optimized for efficiency, safety, and consistency.
• Develop, document, and standardize effective and safe procedures for every step from cutting to final assembly.
• Monitor run time accuracy across all machinery and implement corrective actions to meet efficiency goals.
• Select, install, and develop a maintenance plan for production machinery and evaluate automation opportunities.
