Manufacturing Engineer – Norwich – Full Time – Permanent – Excellent Negotiable Salary

About the Company

A Norwich based precision engineering business that manufactures detailed machined components and products for a variety of industries including Aerospace, Motor-sport and Oil & Gas from customer requirements, is looking for an Manufacturing Engineer / Engineering Estimator. This is a key role within the business that requires an experienced candidate with a history of precision engineering / manufacturing.

Main Duties of Manufacturing Engineering Estimator

  • Creating quotes for specialised machining parts ranging from 1 off bespoke solutions to high volume products.
  • Identifying the method of manufacture for complex parts from the issue of raw materials through to complete production.
  • Calculation of all subcontract methods.
  • Raise purchase orders for material.
