This role works directly on the production floor with skilled assemblers to observe, understand, and document step-by-step assembly processes into clear, effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

This is a hands-on opportunity to apply engineering fundamentals in a real-world, high-volume manufacturing environment—where your work will directly impact training, safety, and operational performance.
