Manufacturing Engineer

The role involves designing, monitoring, and optimizing the manufacturing processes for existing and new product lines. You will work closely with Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production Support. Responsibilities

Respond to process failures and perform root cause analysis. Develop, modify, and update work instructions required to build product. Evaluate new product designs and advise on their suitability for production. Support production in lead‑time improvements and scrap reduction using continuous improvement methodologies. Design new processes, procedures, and manufacturing systems, including work‑cell and production‑line balancing, line layout design, and time‑and‑motion studies. Develop and implement production jigs and fixtures to improve safety, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency. Estimate costs, production times, or staffing requirements for new designs.
