Your new role

The Manufacturing Engineer will support and enhance our assembly-based manufacturing operations. This position focusses on increasing efficiency, improving product quality, minimizing waste, and assisting with new product introductions in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Hours| Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have a Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field and/or minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an assembly-based manufacturing environment. Will be proficient in reading and interrogating engineering drawings and specifications, strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolveplex issues.
