Job Summary: Work with the Continuous Improvement Team to provide statistical analysis support and mentoring to employees.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

+ Support the Information Technology group with data structure and interface planning.

+ Use statistical analysis tools such as SAS, JMP, Minitab, R, Python, and Power BI to identify correlations, optimizations and improve organizational understanding of pertinent subject matters.

+ Provide and coordinate data analytics training.

+ Develop and test new analytic approaches and applications within Howmet.

+ Support yield improvement activities with advanced data analytics at Howmet facilities globally.

+ Work closely with diverse technical teams on process improvement and development efforts.

+ Strong written and oral communications skills, project planning ability, and ability to effectively use MS Office applications.
