The Stamping Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead will lead the local stamping CI agenda, driving top-quartile performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people for a contiguous stamping operation. In this role, you will lead the Fairfax Stamping CI using innovation, partner closely with plant personnel, and connect the site to the broader Stamping CI/Operational excellence network. You will initiate, prioritize, and execute projects that improve throughput, stamping metrics, speed attainment, and budget performance while supporting both current and major prog...
