Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support annual asset verification exercise
- Prepare and test stocktake/RFID equipment; update user guides and asset listings
- Liaise with departments on asset verification matters
- Work with vendor to troubleshoot RFID-related issues
- Perform asset sampling checks
- Consolidate returns and prepare management reports
- Update asset locations after office moves/renovations
- Witness asset disposals
- Assist with Workday/Asset Management System postings and reconciliations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with asset management experience
- Independent, responsible, and a good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience in Workday/Asset Management System preferred
