The Opportunity
An established and growing contractor specialising in social housing maintenance and planned works is seeking an experienced Managing or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Yorkshire team. This is a keymercial role, offering long‑term stability, progression and the opportunity to influencemercial performance across multiple contracts.
You will play a pivotal part in managing cost control, procurement andmercial risk across responsive maintenance, voids, cyclical maintenance and planned works frameworks.
