Madison-Davis is building out a front-office Corporate & Investment Banking search practice, and we’re looking for a proven leader to take ownership of it.

This is a senior level opportunity designed for someone who understands the front-office market, knows how to generate revenue, and wants to build something with real backing behind it.

We’re not looking for someone to step into an existing seat. This is a true build.

The Opportunity

You will lead and scale a dedicated Corporate & Investment Banking search practice focused on front-office investment, credit, and capital markets talent across both buy-side and sell-side institutions.
