Strategic & Business Leadership

  • Full ownership and accountability for the Business Unit P&L, ensuring the achievement of strategic objectives, revenue growth and financial targets.
  • Define and implement the long-term business strategy for the Business Unit division across Iberia and selected international markets.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and revenue streams to support sustainable growth and monetisation.
  • Lead and execute high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Support the assessment, negotiation and integration of potential M&A opportunities, joint ventures or strategic alliances within the entertainment sector.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, audience behaviour and competitive dynamics to position the business unit as a leading player within the Business Unit and live entertainment space.
