About the Minority Business Accelerator

The Minority Business Accelerator, LLC. is an affiliate of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber and has supported more than 75 minority‑owned businesses, generating approximately $2 billion in aggregate annual revenues and over 3,500 sustainable jobs since its inception in 2003.

Position

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the Minority Business Accelerator LLC, the Managing Director of Investments & Client Engagement will manage the overall investment activity of MBA Fund I and oversee the entire client engagement process for both the Accelerator and the Fund. The role includes sourcing investment and client opportunities, vetting, analyzing and preparing potential investments for the Fund’s investment committee, managing the portfolio, leading the sales process for individual investments, and ensuring compliance and performance.
