Objective of the Role – Managing Director (Emerging & Expanding Business)
To lead the organization’s transformation and scale-up journey, driving 3 X growth over the next 3–4 years while building a robust, future-ready enterprise aligned for a successful IPO. The role entails full ownership of the P&L and all organizational functions, setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth with strong stakeholder confidence.
