Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the Head of Departments to develop and implement strategic plans – may include developing short and long-term plans for BCAPD APAC to ensure its growth and sustainability.
• Managing and assessing risks that could impact the bank's operations such asidentifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategiesand monitory the effectiveness of these strategies.
• Managing regulatory compliance andensuring the countries in APAC comply with all relevant local regulations, laws and Head Office guidelines.
• Ensuring financial stability whichinvolvesdeveloping andmanaging budget allocations to countries andheadcount management for BCAPD APAC within stipulated guidelines.
• Leading and managing teams across the various groups byensuring the members are aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives – fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and teamwork.
