Job Description
(What the role is) You will be part of the Memorial Facilities Planning Division, which oversees the planning of after-death facilities and services in Singapore. You will contribute to operations planning efforts to ensure that the Government after-death facilities are efficiently managed and operated. The team undertakes end-to-end procurement administration including conceptualisation and market research, crisis planning, securing and monitoring of budget, as well as continuous improvement of services. (What you will be working on) You Will Be Responsible For The Following
- Formulate policies, operational strategies and plans to enhance after-death facilities and services.
- Oversee projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and operational readiness, including conceptualising new ideas, developing project scopes, conducting market research, and engaging the industry to understand the supplier landscape.
