Main Responsibilities

- Card Usage & Activation Campaigns: Design and implement innovative, data-driven marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with partners to enhance card usage, drive account activation, and improve customer retention.
- Compliance Management: Develop and implement compliance strategies for the credit card business, ensuring all activities meet regulatory requirements. Regularly review and update compliance policies to address regulatory changes and business needs.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with diverse merchants (retail, e-commerce, travel, etc.) to provide exclusive credit card benefits and rewards
- Campaign Execution: Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns, including proposal preparation, internal liaising, offer fulfillment, marketing communications, customer inquiries, and post-campaign evaluations.
