We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our Workday Finance Practice. This individual will be a core member of the finance leadership team, playing a dual role as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. The ideal candidate will bring deep Workday Finance expertise, lead multiple projects as a solution architect, and drive excellence in delivery, people development, and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Delivery
Provide oversight for multiple Workday Finance projects across the practice.
Act as a trusted advisor to project teams, identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring successful delivery.
Serve as Solution Architect on 2–3 concurrent projects, guiding the overall solution design and ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Design and validate Foundation Data Models (FDM) tailored to client-specific needs.
