:
  • Establish short to long term global expansion strategy of Transport network according to the Company’s development direction.
  • Determine the location of the Global Presence based on various internal and external market factors.
  • Work closely with relevant departments and business partners to ensure all projects are implemented as expectation.
  • Conduct feasibility study on the investment of subsea cable & transport products through the involvement of business plans and cases.
  • Incubate of new technology and exploration of the technological development into and out of China/Overseas market.
    • Requirement: :
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related discipline
  • 6 years' of relevant experience in international carriers/ISPs is required
  • Solid experience in transmission planning/engineering and product development/management
  • Sound knowledge in TDM, SDH/...
