**Position Overview:**

The Transition Services Manager is the face of the Global Advanced Care team. This role provides direct customer care and support for employees that are impacted by reduction in force, retiring or exploring separation from the Company, Managers and Strategic Business Partners.

**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for providing a best-in-class employee experience for by personally assisting them through sensitive and complex events including (but not limited to) separation & retirement.
+ Fully enable The Coca-Cola Company to successfully offboard large groups of employees during restructuring or plant closure events allowing the company to move quickly and efficiently into new operating models.
+ Global Advanced Care support for highly sensitive escalations for employees and stakeholders
